How do I contact Customer Support?

You must be logged in to contact Customer Support. Once logged in, go to Support on the menu bar, click on “New Support Ticket” and select an item from the drop down list. Enter a small description and then a more detailed description of the issue and submit it. A list of your Support Tickets will be displayed if you are logged in and click on List Support Tickets under the Support tab on the menu bar. If we have questions we will update the ticket with our questions and you will receive an email letting you know you need to review your ticket.
